86th Annual Meeting - a complete success!

The 86th Annual Meeting of the United Way of Greater Plymouth County was a complete success! Over 260 of our supports, partners and friends came to Ridder's Country Club in East Bridgewater on June 11th to celebrate. This year's United Way Chairman's Award was given to Ocean Spray!

United Way Supporters

Francis X. Dillon, Vice President for Advancement at Stonehill College was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the United Way of Greater Plymouth County during the business portion of the 86th Annual Meeting. Also, Chris D. Baynes of Baynes Electric, Donna Green of Party Lite Gifts, Rebecca Fracassa of Comcast, and Peter Wyman of Ocean Spray were elected as new Members of the United Way Board of Directors.

United Way President & CEO Dennis Carman offers a personal message of appreciation to Courage Award recipient Judith Reel. Judith is a single mom with three children, her oldest a soldier serving in Iraq, who bravely fought against the foreclosure of her home in spite of serious medical problems.
