Please select as many roles as you are available to help with:

GENERAL MEAL PACKING I am available from 11:00am - 1:00pm to help with general meal packing (80 volunteers needed)

TABLE RUNNERS I am available from 11:00am - 1:00pm to help resupply packaging lines with ingredients and supplies (2 volunteers needed- must be able to lift 50lbs)

SET UP CREW I am available to help from 10:00am - 11:00am with event set-up (6-12 volunteers needed - must be able to lift up to 30 lbs) Unloading truck when ingredients and supplies are delivered and setting up meal packaging equipment

BREAK DOWN CREW I am available from 1:00pm – 2:00pm to help with event break down (6-12 volunteers needed- must be able to lift up to 30 lbs) Loading truck at end of event including finished meal boxes, materials, and equipment and clean up

You have requested to freely participate and to serve in this food packaging event and to abide by the safety and quality rules demonstrated in the orientation presentation provided on the day of the event. In consideration of your participating in this event, you affirm you are fully capable of performing and understanding the duties to be assigned you and will receive the training provided in the group orientation session. You agree personally for yourself and any minor accompanying you in your volunteer capacities to indemnify and hold harmless United Way of Greater Plymouth County, Inc. of Brockton, Massachusetts and Outreach, Inc. of Union, Iowa, from any claim, (including loss of life and attorney fees) or any other loss or damage which you might sustain during the course of your volunteer duties. You declare you are legally competent to make this affirmation.

Photography & Publicity Release: Volunteers agree to allow United Way of Greater Plymouth County and Outreach Inc. to photograph and take video footage of the event and to use all such photographs and videos for educational and marketing purposes.
