Community Impact Funding

Focus Areas

United Way of Greater Plymouth County is committed to creating lasting change through four key focus areas: Financial Mobility, Youth Opportunities, Healthy Community, and Community Resiliency. Together, these priorities ensure individuals and families have the resources, support, and stability they need to thrive—today and in the future.

Funding is for the time period of July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027.  

2026-2027 RFR Guidelines

Number of Initiatives

  • Agencies can submit one (1) application per Focus Area and a maximum of two (2) initiative total
  • United Way will fund a total of 30 initiatives

Initiative Request Range

  • Minimum amount is $5,000 per initiative
  • Maximum amount is $20,000 per initiative

Operation Requirement

  • All applications must have one full year of operation including financial statements to be eligible to apply for funding

How to Apply

All applications must be submitted via Foundant - Application code will be sent following RFP Info Session (1/7/2026). 

Important Dates:

  • January 7 - Info session
  • February 4 - Financial Forms must be uploaded into Foundant - these include:
    • Most recent financial statements
    • Certification of Solicitation
    • IRS Form 990 or 990EZ
    • Current fiscal year budget for organization
  • February 27 - Initiative application due
  • March/April - Site visits will be scheduled & conducted
  • Early June - Funding will be announced
