FRC Administrative Assistant
Rhamdane Fils Aime joined United Way of Greater Plymouth County in May 2026 as an Administrative Assistant. Rhamdane holds a High School Diploma and an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and brings a strong desire to help others to the UWGPC team. Rhamdane speaks Haitian Creole, French, and English and especially enjoys helping clients and supporting them in accessing the resources they need. An open and approachable person, Rhamdane enjoys building connections with others. Outside of work, Rhamdane enjoys arts and crafts. One quote that resonates with Rhamdane is, “Some people in your family will come miles to bury you but won’t cross the street to support you.”
